Paul is the founder and leader of Temple, a specialist investment decision making firm, with over 20 years’ experience helping private equity funds and corporates make better-informed investment decisions.
He has led more than 150 engagements across Australasia, North America, Europe, and Asia, providing market insights and operational diagnostics to identify opportunities to boost investor returns. Previously, Paul worked with McKinsey & Company and Partners in Performance across multiple sectors worldwide.
Born and educated in New Zealand, he holds a PhD and BE (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and is a recognised climate change advocate, cofounding The All Aboard Trust and The 1point5 Project.
